HEIDA Fashion always strives to find environmentally friendly solutions for a shopping experience. Therefore, all our items are shipped in environmentally friendly packaging.

shipping methods
Shipping to Germany is done with our logistics partner DHL. All deliveries sent by HEIDA Fashion are insured against theft and accidental damage. As soon as you have received your delivery and confirmed it in writing, the insurance cover expires.

We ask for your understanding that we cannot deliver to post boxes. In the case of partial shipments, the shipping costs are charged only once.

We process and ship orders during our general business hours. These are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00. The goods are ready for dispatch no later than one to two working days after receipt of payment.

DHL shipping within the EU

Deliveries to other EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden) is done with DHL Express (delivery time 1 to 4 working days).

We do not offer shipping to non-EU countries (eg Switzerland, Great Britain). We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days.
