If you are not satisfied with your order, you can send them back from the day after receiving the goods within 14 days. You can find more information in our Terms and conditions.

Please note the following:
The free return takes place with the shipping service provider through which the package was delivered. Please use the freight letter or sticker in the package.

All articles sent back are in a flawless, especially unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition. Labels were not removed.

Product packaging, for example belts and pockets, represent part of the ordered goods. These must therefore be returned to us or handed over and must also be in perfect condition. Therefore, please refer from using them as a cardboard box for returns.

Please send the goods back to us in original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use additional protective packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure sufficient protection with a suitable packaging.

The submission of your return to the logistics of https://heida-fashon.de is only in our central Heida Fashion, Egmontstr. 26, 65812 Bad Soden, possible. With the assumption of the goods there, neither recognition of their complaints nor the recognition is associated that the goods submitted are the goods sent to them and that this has no deterioration. Revocation


If you want to revoke your contract declaration, you have the following options:

Declaration of cancellation by return Your cancellation declaration takes place automatically if you return the item within 14 days of receipt.

You have a written or telephone declaration of cancellation after receipt of your article for 14 days to direct your declaration of cancellation either in writing, such as by email, fax or letter, or by phone. After you have informed us, we ask you to send the items back within 7 days.

Exchange

Within the cancellation period, of course, you also have the option of exchanging your ordered items (including reduced) to another size free of charge.

Please contact our customer service for availability and reservation and fill out the return certificate enclosed by the package.

Please note that an exchange can only be made for the same article in a different size. The exchange to another article is not possible. In this case, please return the article to be exchanged and order the desired article.

Unfortunately, we do not offer any exchange for orders outside the EU (except European third countries). Please send the goods back to us and order your desired item in a new order. Note: We do not reimburse any shipping costs.

Reimbursement of the purchase price

After receiving your return, we will edit and check them immediately in the logistics of Unger.de to reimburse your money immediately, but at the latest within 7 working days from receiving your return.

Reimbursement takes place exclusively according to its original payment method. Please understand that we cannot transfer back to other accounts or credit cards for security reasons. 
 
Shipping costs for orders outside the EU (except European third countries) are not reimbursed.

A new voucher is issued on all returns that you bought with a voucher.
