Heida Fashion always endeavors to find environmentally friendly solutions for a shopping experience. Therefore, all of our articles are sent in environmentally friendly packaging.

Shipping
The shipping to Germany takes place with our logistics partner DHL. All deliveries sent by Heida Fashion are insured against theft and accident damage. As soon as you received your delivery and confirmed it in writing, insurance coverage expires.

We ask for your understanding that we cannot supply mailboxes. In the case of partial shipments, the shipping costs are only charged once.

We process and send orders during our general business hours. These are Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The goods are ready for shipping at the latest one or two working days after receipt of payment.

The delivery to other EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden) takes place with DHL Express (1 to 4 working days).

 

We do not offer shipping to non-EU countries (including Switzerland, Great Britain). We strive to send all orders within 1-2 working days.
